Sign Up Create an account, which will save your contact information! No need to keep on retyping your information. All your information is securely protected. We value your privacy and do not use your information for anything other than your orders or our products. Create a password, which must be a minimum of 6 characters long. Only characters from A-Z, and 0-9 are allowed.
New Customers Please fill in your contact information including any suite, room or apartment so our packages get delivered to you quickly!
Existing Customers If you have purchased from Elvee/Rosenberg in the past and are placing your first Shopping Cart order, let us know in the Comment Section on the checkout page so we can link your accounts. If you have moved or have new contact information please let us know that as well.
NY Sales Tax Exemptions- Removal of Sales Tax is Not Automatic! Whether you are a new or existing customer, you must notify us of your tax exempt status before or when your first online order is placed, so we can verify the removal of sales tax. Taxes cannot be refunded retroactively.
Orders shipped within the State of New York will be charged the appropriate sales tax unless we have completed NY State Resale Certificate on file. A Business Tax ID number is required for all resellers or exempt customers requesting an exemption from the collection of sales taxes on merchandise shipped to a New York State address. Purchasers must download the NYS ST-120 Resale Certificate and complete the form before sending it to us via:

Your customer account must be updated by our office in order to remove the sales tax from your profile! Taxes cannot be refunded retroactively.
